Zuzana has been working as a psychologist since 2018 and provides individual counseling for adults and teenagers. She focuses on counseling in the area of ​​personality development, supporting psychological resilience, counseling for emotional problems (anxiety, grief, fear, etc.) and relationship problems. She also helps her clients in difficult life situations, topics of parenting, relationship problems or coping with low self-esteem. She also offers relaxation techniques. For effective cooperation with a client, relationship based on trust and professionalism is very important to her, so that her clients can feel safe and openly talk about their difficulties. She consults in Slovak.

Zuzana received her Master´s Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts at the Catholic University in Ružomberok. She also completed various courses and trainings such as: Sandplay Therapy Course, Course on Reflection in the Practice of Motivational Interviewing, Course on Developmental - Behavioral Intervention for Clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, How to Recognize Autism, Training in Relational Psychotherapy of Children and Adolescents under Guidance, and other professional trainings on various topics (peer violence, domestic violence, parents and divorce, basics of crisis intervention, etc.). She is currently enrolled in a long-term training in Integrative Psychotherapy focused on Psychosomatics (complex long-term accredited psychotherapy course) at the Institute of Health at the Palacky University in Olomouc.
