Erik supports Human Dynamic Europe as the Administrative and Technical Specialist. His analytical thinking, responsible approach and a desire to constantly learn is an asset to the Human Dynamic team. He gained valuable work experience during his studies, for example at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, where he had the opportunity to gain insight into the functioning of the public administration and economic processes at the national level. Erik received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava. He is continuing his education at the engineering degree level, where he will deepen his knowledge in the field of organization and process management.
In his free time, Erik enjoys sports, which help him maintain a balance between mental and physical commitment. He sees it as a way to develop perseverance, concentration and inner discipline – values that he also applies in his professional life.
