Aleksandra Kalezič

| EAP Consultant |

I enjoy my work and communicating with people. My creativity is expressed in relationships and it gives me a sense of value by helping other people.

Aleksandra has been working for Human Dynamic Europe since 2019 as an EAP consultant for the Balkan countries. She also provides crisis intervention to clients on the 24/7 crisis hotline and ensures communication and coordination between clients and external partners.

Aleksandra graduated from a general high school. She began acquiring practical experience in the Red Cross of Montenegro as a psychosocial support for the Roma and other minority (REA) population. She worked with traumatized children or children with special needs. Part of this support was also preparation of children for school. Providing for critical needs, crisis interventions, managing changing situations with flexibility, and ability to work under pressure in war and post-war environment, gave her a large spectrum of practical work and life experience.

Aleksandra also worked as a special worker and supervisor for the children of the US diplomats in Podgorica (Montenegro), where she provided daily care for children and their needs, including organizing their schedule and daily activities. As a volunteer, she participated in many humanitarian projects, including helping abandoned children without parental care. She uses all her experience and knowledge when providing services on the crisis hotline or in communication with clients and Human Dynamic Europe partners.
