Yuliya is a psychologist who provides counseling since 2007 to individual clients, couples as well as families. She specializes in the following areas: age-related crisis, neurotic conditions, development delay, child-parent conflicts, emotional intelligence development, foster and guardian families, children under adoption and others. Her clients often request support with the following issues: self-confidence, resilience, communication skills, anxiety and its consequences, depression, eating disorders, personal crises, infidelity, conflicts, divorce and personal growth issues. She uses a gentle approach that involves a systematic and sequential therapeutic process to improve quality of life according to the client's request. A strong emphasis is placed on teaching self-regulation, self-recovery, and self-motivation skills. She consults in the Russian language.
Yuliya received her Master´s Degree in Psychology and Pedagogy at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. She also studied Art Therapy in International Institute of Integrative Psychology and Family Psychology in National Research Institute of Continuing Professional Education. She broadened her education by completing courses and seminars such as Leading Training Groups, Integrative Psychotherapy "Insight", Specialist in the Application of Clinical Arts Therapy in the Treatment of Trauma, Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Chronic Pain and others. She is a member of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association.
